Our landscape maintenance department consists of employees that take pride in their work. Plants are trimmed on a timely basis to promote healthy growth. Fertilizer is applied as needed to improve the health of the plants. We use a variety of fertilizers and selected materials that give our customers a beautiful landscape.

Turf grass is mowed at the proper height through out the year. Weeds and fungus are treated as needed. We recommend aeration to improve root growth. Many Santa Clarita customers also like to have their lawns over seeded with winter rye each fall. Also with turf grass, fertilizer is carefully selected for the time of the year to promote healthy growth.

We regularly check and make repairs to the irrigation systems. Sprinkler timers are regularly adjusted so that plants get proper amount of water.

Seasonal color is installed as needed to maintain a beautiful landscape.

Snails, Insects and Fungus problems are quickly treated using safe materials.

With each week a garden grows and changes. We consistently stay focused on properly maintaining the landscape. With an eye for detail, we regularly check our properties to see that the direction of the landscape is growing correctly.

Our experience in Souther California has taught us what works and what does not. We like to find ways to maximize on beauty while keeping the cost under control.
